3.5 X 4 CYLINDER GLASS VASE (24pcs)

I haven't been able to find this size vase ANYWHERE else...in person or online. The product was good...the glass is a little wavy here and there, and one had a manufacturing defect (the rim had a sharp protrusion), but overall they're acceptable for my needs (wedding centerpieces). They arrived in a reasonable time. My main complaint is that I have been trying to contact Millennium Candles for nearly 2 weeks now about handling the fact that 2 of the vases were smashed in shipping, and to discuss the one with the defect. They insist on us getting in touch within 5 days of receipt to handle issues, but they haven't even sent me a courtesy email in reply. I liked the product okay, but when it comes to customer service, I'm not impressed!!
